Report Cards

Report Cards went home with every student today--please ask your student about it if you have not yet seen it! Inside the envelope is a pink 1/3 sheet which needs to be signed and returned. Stapled to the outside of the envelope is a reminder about your scheduled time for conference. Please let me know if you are unable to attend your at scheduled time--and I will do my best to reschedule for a later date. If you will be unable to attend at all, please let me know that as well and we can schedule a phone conference.

Thank you for all you do to help your student succeed! We had a very successful First Term! Keep up the great work!

Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held November 9 & 10! You may set up an appointment by using the Online Scheduler. You may access the Online Scheduler October 28-November 8. 

To use the Online Scheduler, visit our school's homepage at http://schools.jordandistrict.org/elkmeadows/ and select the Online Scheduler icon/link on the left hand side. 

              Choose you student's school (Elk Meadows) from the drop down list and click "GO"

              Enter our school's password: "Falcons"

              Enter your student's "Student ID". If you do not know the Student ID, use the LOOK UP        

                      STUDENT ID button to access the system

              Verify the student's birth date

              Check the box next to the name of the teacher you would like to meet with (Mrs. Wilson)

              You will then see the available time slots for the teacher you selected

              Select the times that work best for your schedule

              Enter your email address (recommended) if you would like an email reminder sent to you.                       Your email address will be kept private.

When you have finished, you can confirm your appointment details and print your conference schedule. Write down your confirmation number. You will need this number if you need to cancel your appointment.
